Payment:
We accept the following major Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB, visa Electron in UK Pound Sterling (GBP) only.
We only accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card or Debit card on the Internet. No other payment methods will be accepted for the website sales.
Secure use of Credit/Debit cards on line:
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.
1. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet
2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
A Few Important Notes: In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.
If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail advising you of this. (Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).
Colour Representation:
PLEASE NOTE: although we aim to be as accurate as possible the colours shown in photographs may differ slightly from their true colours due to the process of photography and converting them to electronic images. It is also important to remember that colours vary according to skin type.
Cancellations:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Makeup4Dancers, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your items, and can be sent by e-mail (contact us) or by post to:

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to us, in their original condition (meaning in the exact condition we send it with any seals still intact), within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Returning or exchanging an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
PLEASE NOTE: Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please use the contsct us form quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Shipping:
All items are sent out by 2nd class post within 7 days of receipt of order (usually the same day as order received). If for any reason there is a delay then the customer will be notified by email.
Europe and the Rest of the World – These orders will be dispatched by "Royal Mail international signed for" and will require a signature upon delivery. We are not permitted to mark your items as ‘a gift’ and the full amount will be on the invoice.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Privacy Policy:
We do not disclose buyer's information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this website, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
